Digital Leaders Announced

by on November 13, 2013

I would just like to say a short thank you to all of you who voted for me in the recent Digital Leaders awards.

I was thrilled to reach the top 10 and not too dissapointed not to be the overall winner!

Details of all the winners can be found on the Digital By Default News website.

Well done from Women in Planning. Great achievement.

Congratulations on being one of the top ten ‘Digital Leaders’. Perhaps you could be overall winner next year if you could solve problems like the following:
Our landscape consultant uploaded a 60MB file to Dropbox from where I was able to download it. Why couldn’t I upload the same file to the Planning Portal?

    • Thanks for the congrats.
The issue you relate is not though of our making.
The majority of LPAs can accept individual files no larger than 5MB. A file of the size you mention would simply not make it through their firewall at present.
For more info on this topic please enter 5MB into the blog search.

Congratulations on your shortlist! Is there anywhere I can email you about a suggestion for the forms on the PlanningPortal?

Its something I’ve mentioned before but I am just doing some training with some other team members and this particular element is proving to be very slow and tedious.

    Thank you.
