We all need a helping hand from time to time. Our Service Desk is there to help you through your online application. However, often it might be quicker to check our newly revised Frequently Asked Questions

Our content and service desk teams analysed calls and thousands of hits on our previous FAQ database to identify the top answers our customers need to find. The FAQs cover answers relating to common planning questions as well as answers about the planning application service and other Portal services.

We have organised the content to make it easy to find the information users are looking for, and we have included our common queries at the top of the page so they can be seen at a glance.

If you are a newly registered agent, why not add the quick link to your favourites list? 

If you are an LPA why not add the link to the planning pages of your authority’s website under the title ‘need help with your online application?’

And if you still need help, the Planning Portal Service Desk is there to help.
