Please note the following availability of our services over the festive period.

Service Desk

For website support, our Service Desk will be available as follows:

24 December     09:00 – 15:00
25 December     Closed
26 December     Closed
27 December     09:00 – 17:00
28 December     09:00 – 17:00
31 December     09:00 – 15:00
1 January          Closed
2 January          09:00 – 17:00

Online planning applications

Online planning applications can be made as usual.  Payments for those applications can be made online or by phone 24 hours a day, every day including bank holidays.

Other payments for online planning applications will be reconciled each working day (not including bank holidays) as usual.
