Congrats on this achievement. Meanwhile would you be able to put something in the Planning Portal guidance about the conversion of an existing, detached domestic garage/carport into a grandad annexe. The building I have in mind is within the domestic curtilage and shouldn’t require planning consent in my humble opinion. Will look forward to hearing from you. Regards
