I know it’s fairly irrelevant in the great scheme of things but it put a smile on my face and it’s nice to know you’re out there.

Congrats on this achievement. Meanwhile would you be able to put something in the Planning Portal guidance about the conversion of an existing, detached domestic garage/carport into a grandad annexe. The building I have in mind is within the domestic curtilage and shouldn’t require planning consent in my humble opinion. Will look forward to hearing from you. Regards
