As you are aware, we are constantly looking at ways to improve our site and so I thought you may be interested to see some of the changes we made during our most recent update.

You can view a full list of the changes in this pdf

I hope you find it interesting and informative and, as always, if you have any suggestions as to how we can communicate this information better, we would like to hear them.

In spite of all that has been posted on the blog I really haven’t noticed any great changes to the 1App for for householder applications. it still takes as long. more changes are needed, there is simply too much clicking required at the moment. The website is ok but it takes longer to load than the old one which was simple and to the point.

    Hi

I am trying to build an end terrace (3 bedrooms); I have planning permission which was very expensive. The 106 agreement is £20,000 for a start and quotes for the conditions to be released are between £10,000 and £15,000. As a self builder I am trying to build this for my son but it is making it impossible.
