At last a proper blog
Hi, as promised I now have a proper blog, one which will allow you to respond openly to my comments and discuss in a hopefully positive and constructive way anything that relates to our business.
This isn’t my personal soapbox and I’ll try to refrain from musings on unrelated matters such as progress on my golf handicap or diet (going well by the way).
I can’t get into open discussions about individual planning applications otherwise I’d do nothing else, but if there is anything you would like a personal answer on you’ll see my email link on the left.
we would like to know if a side extension under permitted development whose front wall lines up with the wall forming the principal elevation [i.e. WALL does not protrude] but in order to comply with Building regulations the soffite and fascia and gutter do protrude of necessity but not beyond the soffite; fascia and gutter of the main existing roof to the house] then does this meet the Rules or not – we have one council that has accepted this and another that has not – your help on this much appreciated
Hi Ken,
you might want to re-post your qusestion on a more recent post to catch the attention of the planners out there,
Chris
