Conference: Urban Regeneration session hosted by Local Partnerships and TerraQuest Solutions

by on April 14, 2022

TerraQuest Solutions are working with Local Partnerships to facilitate better the acceleration and delivery of housing development in the public sector, by using data and technology, to meet Local Authorities’ regeneration and housing growth objectives, and ensure the ever-increasing demands for affordable housing are met.

TerraQuest has developed a solution to identify potential brownfield sites for developers, and carrying out the necessary analysis to identify the most suitable sites. This is only one step in the end-to-end process that TerraQuest are developing for the planning and building industry.

The first pilot scheme is currently underway and early signs suggest the outcomes will provide great cost and time saving benefits to Local Planning Authorities.

This session provides the opportunity for you to find out more about this new technology, and the work that is being carried out, but to also understand some of the challenges that have been faced and some of the lessons learnt.

There is still time to register for your place at the Spring Conference 25 – 28 April 2022. For a limited time you can access the bank holiday discount using code EASTER10 https://springconf22.planningportal.co.uk/index/registration

If you have a gov.uk email address, you can access the conference free of charge. Simply use this address to register.
