we are aware of problems with LPA downloads and it has our full attention.
it is not just LPAs that are having problems. The site is incredibly slow at the moment

we are are aware and believe its sheer volume that’s slowing it down. We did anticipate this yesterday and asked our supplier to prepare. We are working on it now.
Further to my earlier comment it appears that it is still not possible to upload an application
It may be functional but it is so sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssslow, it wasn’t fast before but this is absurd,,,
We think its fixed now, but tell me if I’m wrong.
