I saw this and thought of you – calling young Architects

Young architects and designers who have been in practice for no more than five years are invited to participate in a competition to design a housing project for the Island of St Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean.

Sounds like fun and the site visits could be spectacular.

    Do we really want to intrude on the peace and tranquility of St Helena with Suburbia, surely a more ecological approach improving the economy must be preferable to 30,000 incomers the welcome site visits would soon turn into a spanish nightmare of a building site!
