In this age of efficiency and austerity I challenge you to describe what the Planning Portal service means to you, your business or planning and building in general in one word only.

How about ‘Thifty’, which encompasses a variety of meanings:
    1. Characterized by economy and good management of property (The Portal helps save money by enabling good management of planning information)
    2. Similar meaning to ‘Thriving’ (The Portal seemingly seems to go from strength to strength year-on-year)
    3. To grow vigerously / rapidly (The Portal still seems to do this too)
    4. Well husbanded (The whole system/site definitely seems well managed and easy to use.
    5. Looking / being in good condition (Attention always seems to be paid to overall functionalty, and detail too, meaning the condition of the site is great).

For those of a less literary persuasion this is a definition of “combobulate”

To put together in a somewhat mysterious manner. To bring something out of a state of confusion or disarray. To manufacture by some unusual or novel means. Antonym: discombobulate

EGATE…..Its virtually cost free and holds your hand like everything E is supposed to do, if it had a tin it would do exactly what it says on it….

      Like Michelangelo’s ‘David’?

Seriously though, no one is more aware of the portals imperfections than my team and I, but we are doing all we can with our limited resources to progress towards perfection.

I had to look it up and I’m not sure what your context is exactly but I’ve published it anyway.
Perhaps you could clarify (in more than one word!)
