Time for some more improvements

by on June 14, 2011

We are making additional improvements to our website which are being released tonight (14 June). There should be no disruption to normal service.

My hardworking colleagues in the technical team have produced a list detailing all the changes, which you can access here.

As always, please let me know if you have any feedback by adding a comment below.

As someone who is working in a LPA, when I go on to the Planning Portal it’s because I need to be able to look at submitted Planning applications for out Authority.

I have gone on today, and still I find myself trying options at random until by chance I see the information I require.

Isn’t it possible for those links which are most applicable to LPA’s to be made more prominent?

  2. Hi Paul,

Apologies for the delay in responding.
The LPA area of the Portal is currently undergoing some changes to the navigation which will improve the user journey and the information available within this section, as always comments and suggestions are welcome!
The changes will be live in the next few weeks.

I am receiving Portal Planning news in my email box on a regular basis.
It asks me to re-register but when I try too, it will not accept my username and password? – I am in danger of not continuing to receive these updates?

  4. Hi Rob,

Sorry you are experiencing porblems with the re-registration process.

Hopefully you will find the solution using our FAQ pages:
