List of LPAs with online payment option

I was asked recently for a list of all the LPAs who currently accept online payments for planning applications made via the Portal.
If only everything was so simple.

Now… how about a facility for companies to set up an account with the Portal from which payment can be debited…? Is this possible given the number of Local Authorities involved? Sometimes we have cause to submit multiple applications via the Portal and either sending cheques or punching in credit card details for every application can tedious. Or maybe there is already an account facility I haven’t heard about…?
