January’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 48,107 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in January 2023.

This is 1% lower than the application figures received in January 2022. 2022 as a whole saw 12.5% less applications than 2021. This shows that application numbers returned to more regular patterns in 2022, following the pandemic of the previous year.
