November’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 51,876 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in November 2022.

This is a fall of 4,572 applications when compared with last November. 

November’s figures have continued the trend of being lower than 2021’s application figures overall. However, in November, figures only fell by 8%, which is significantly less than the 12.5% total drop in applications we have seen for the year-to-date.
