October’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 52,274 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in October 2022.

This is a fall of 3,293 applications when compared with last October. 

October’s figures have continued the trend of being lower than 2021’s application figures overall. However, in October, figures only fell by 6%, which is significantly less than the 13% total drop in applications we have seen for the year-to-date.
