September’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 50,703 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in September 2022.  

September’s figures have continued the trend of being lower than 2021’s application figures overall.  

In September of this year, application numbers have fallen by a total of 10% compared with last September. The year to date, however, has seen a 14% reduction in applications overall, when compared with 2021 overall.
