August’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 52,824 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in August 2022.

In 2021, the period between August and December saw applications falling back to a more regular pattern following the surge caused by the pandemic.  

This month, August 2022, there was a reduction of 5% in application submissions when compared to last August, 2021.
