July’s Market Insight Report is now available

There was a total of 53,496 applications submitted through the Planning Portal in July 2022.

This is a reduction of 15% in application submissions when compared to 2021. This follows the 10% drop we saw in May and 18% fall in June. This is culminating in a 15% total reduction for the year to date.
