June’s Market Insight Report is now available

52,645 applications were submitted through the Planning Portal in June 2022.

We are now half-way through 2022. Apart from the exceptionally high number of submissions last year, 2022 has seen more submissions than previous years’. However, June 2020 has overtaken June 2022.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the remaining six months of the year perform.
