May’s Market Insight Report is now available

57,438 applications were submitted through the Planning Portal in May 2022.

Application figures were fairly strong, down just 10% when compared with 2021, as opposed to April’s 20% reduction. This is culminating in a 15% total reduction in applications for 2022 to date.
