1.6 per cent rise in application submissions compared to October 2021

November application submissions are often similar to those seen in October and this year has been no exception.

• 56,488 planning applications were submitted to Local Planning Authorities in England and Wales during November 2021.
• This is a 1.6 per cent increase compared to October 2021.
• Compared to November 2020 this is a 4.4 per cent decrease from the 59,044 applications submissions.
